Seller and acceptance
Business Insights is provided by Sales Elite Agency. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms with Sales Elite Agency. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to agree, and authority to act for any business you represent.
The service
We publish business education articles, guides, and resources. Free articles remain publicly accessible. Business Insights Premium is the monthly membership described on our Premium page, covering premium articles, exclusive strategies, advanced frameworks, and premium resources and guides as published.
Content is general education, not personalised financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell investments. You are responsible for your decisions and obtaining qualified advice. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, growth, or other business outcomes.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account details, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and do not share or transfer your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not attempt to obtain another person's data or circumvent membership or security restrictions.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, distribute spam, infringe intellectual property, introduce malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape content without authorization, or disrupt access for others.
Intellectual property and licence
Sales Elite Agency retains ownership of Business Insights' original content, documentation, software, and branding. Licensed stock photography and other third-party materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read content and use worksheets for your personal or internal business planning within your access rights. Do not resell, redistribute, commercially republish, or misrepresent the publication as your own, or bypass technical restrictions.
Payments and monthly subscriptions
Business Insights Premium costs $4.99 USD per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis. Any applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout before you confirm. A subscription begins only after a completed, verified purchase—not by clicking a button or visiting a confirmation page. Checkout is provided securely by Paddle.
Once purchased, membership renews each month until canceled. Cancel through Paddle's subscription management process before the next renewal. A scheduled end-of-period cancellation keeps paid access until the confirmed billing period ends. Payment problems, expiration, or effective cancellation can affect access according to the verified subscription record and Paddle's billing process.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Sales Elite Agency remains responsible for the Business Insights product and its content. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Content and functionality may change. Statutory rights and remedies that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not remove applicable refund or consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
Revisions are dated above. Material membership changes will be communicated before taking effect where required by law. If you disagree with revised terms, you may stop using the service and cancel renewal through Paddle.
